Sophomore and upper classmen enjoy the option of single or double rooms in the chapter house on our 2nd or 3rd floor living areas.
Some amenities include:

- Campus sundeck
- Basement/Shelter
COST OF MEMBERSHIP
Here is a breakdown of the estimated costs:
- $1,250 for pledge dues
- $2,000/semester for members who live out of the Chapter house
- $5,250/semester for members who live in the Chapter house
This cost to live in the Chapter house includes:
- Single Room (1-year lease)
- Includes utilities, internet, laundry facilities, and maintenance
- Meal Plan
- Five breakfasts, five lunches, four dinners
- Pledge and National Fraternity Membership Fees
- Includes your Fraternity pin, lifetime subscription to The Shield magazine
Additional Costs: Social fees – TBD by the chapter members
